Driving Notes
- If you are travelling from the I-580/Livermore area, follow the directions to Tesla Road.
- Be sure to turn left to continue on Mines Road rather than going straight to Lake Del Valle.
- Soon after you see the “17.5” mile road marker, look for the the Ramana Kendram sign on your right. Pull into the area in front of the gate and enter the code given to you when you made arrangements to visit.
- After entering the gate, stay on the paved road up the hill. It is about a ¾ mile drive. If someone is coming down the drive, you will be alerted at the gate so that you can wait until the road is clear.
- You will see a barn when you reach the end of the paved road. Turn left and park in the gravel area leading to the main (round) house.
- It is a good idea to wear supportive shoes since the Kendram is located on a ranch.
